13.04.2021 : Question on Constitutional Law (CA Based) & Evaluated copies

Our Constitution makers wanted an environment where law operates equally upon one and all, where Rule of Law trumps over even the slightest notion of rule by whims, where the equation between state and citizens is not marked by imbalance and where law, as it exists, governs all legal relationships. Comment on Rule of Law under Indian Constitution.

Do not share the answer-copy like this. It is not legible for the proper evaluation.
Good Attempt. But the actual meaning of Rule of law is not explained anywhere. (Refer solution)
Aspect on governmental legislation & executive is not at all asked. This question was more about how the government in general is limited by rule of law with respect to its citizens.
Case laws where the supreme court explained / applied rule of law should be explained.
